棋盘游戏在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患儿术后管理中的应用

Application of Board Games in the Postoperative Management of Children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypoventilation Syndrome

目的 探讨棋盘游戏在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患儿术后管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6—12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的84例OSAHS患儿,按入院时间分为干预组和对照组,各42例。对照组接受常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上接受棋盘游戏护理干预。比较两组患儿术后并发症的发生率、疼痛程度、住院时间及健康教育知识得分情况。结果 干预组术后并发症发生率、疼痛程度低于对照组,住院时间、白膜脱落时间均短于对照组,健康教育知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 棋盘游戏干预能有效降低OSAHS患儿术后出血、切口肿胀等并发症的发生率,减轻疼痛程度,提高患儿对术后相关健康教育知识的掌握,促进患儿康复。

Objective To explore the application effects of board games in the postoperative management of children with obstructive sleep apnea hypoventilation syndrome(OSAHS).Methods A total of 84 children with OSAHS admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June to December 2021 were collected,and they were divided into intervention group and control group according to the time of admission,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the intervention group received board game nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing care.The incidence of postoperative complications,pain level,length of hospital stay and health education knowledge scores were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications and pain level in intervention group were lower than those in control group,the hospitalization time and white film detachment time in intervention group were shorter than those in control group,and the health education knowledge scores were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The board game nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of complications such as postoperative bleeding and wound swelling in children with OSAHS,reduce the degree of pain,improve the children’s knowledge of postoperative related health education,and accelerate the recovery process of the children.
