3S2E管理联合康复吞咽操在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of 3S2E Management Combined with Rehabilitation Swallowing Exercise in Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的 探讨3S2E管理联合康复吞咽操对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法 选取2020年8月至2022年12月河南省直第三人民医院康复科收治的103例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组(51例)和观察组(52例)。对照组接受常规护理联合改良康复护理吞咽操干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用3S2E管理。观察两组吞咽功能、营养状态及不良事件发生率。结果 干预后,观察组吞咽功能障碍风险程度评估优于对照组,吞咽功能障碍评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清总蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组误吸率(9.62%)与吸入性肺炎率(3.85%)均低于对照组(31.37%、17.65%)(P<0.05)。结论 3S2E管理模式联合康复吞咽操应用于脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,有助于提高其吞咽功能,改善其营养状态,降低不良事件的发生率。

Objective To explore the effects of 3S2E management combined with rehabilitation swallowing exercise in stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods A total of 103 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of the Third People’s Hospital of Henan Province from August 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(51 cases)and observation group(52 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing and modified rehabilitation nursing swallowing exercise intervention,and the observation group was added with 3S2E management intervention on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function,nutritional status and incidence of adverse events in the two groups were observed.Results After intervention,the risk degree of dysphagia in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the dysphagia score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin,serum albumin and total serum protein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The aspiration rate(9.62%)and aspiration pneumonia rate(3.85%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(31.37%,17.65%)(P<0.05).Conclusion 3S2E management mode combined with rehabilitation swallowing exercise can improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with dysphagia,improve the nutritional status and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
