心理调适能力干预在凶险性前置胎盘伴植入患者剖宫产围手术期的应用效果

Application Effect of Psychological Adjustment Ability Intervention in Patients with Fatal Placenta Previa with Implantation During the Perioperative Period of Cesarean Section

目的 分析心理调适能力干预在凶险性前置胎盘伴植入患者剖宫产围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020年7月至2022年6月接收的106例凶险性前置胎盘伴植入者,依据护理方案分研究组、对照组,各53例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组基于常规护理加用心理调适能力干预。统计两组围手术期指标、分娩结局、护理满意度以及干预前后情绪状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]。结果 与对照组对比,研究组住院时间、手术时间缩短,手术出血量减少(P<0.05);与对照组(20.75%)对比,研究组不良分娩结局发生率(5.66%)下降(P<0.05);干预后两组SDS分值、SAS分值低于干预前,研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组(79.25%)对比,研究组护理满意度(96.23%)升高(P<0.05)。结论 凶险性前置胎盘伴植入患者剖宫产围手术期接受心理调适能力干预,可改善手术效果,降低不良分娩结局的发生率,缓解负性情绪,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of psychological adjustment ability intervention in patients with fatal placenta previa with implantation during the perioperative period of cesarean section.Methods A total of 106 cases of pernicious placenta previa with implantation received by the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the nursing plan,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received conventional care,and the study group received psychological adjustment ability intervention based on conventional care.The perioperative indicators,delivery outcomes,satisfaction with care and emotional status[depression self-assessment scale(SDS)and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)score]before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had shorter hospital stay,shorter operative time and less surgical bleeding(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(20.75%),the incidence of adverse birth outcomes in the study group(5.66%)was decreased(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups were less than before the intervention,and the study group was less than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group(79.25%),the nursing satisfaction of the study group(96.23%)increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological adjustment ability intervention in the perioperative period of cesarean delivery in patients with aggressive placenta praevia with implantation can improve surgical outcomes,reduce the incidence of adverse birth outcomes,alleviate negative emotions,and increase satisfaction with care.
