Review on the Coordinated Development of Medical and Health Service Ability and Economy

医疗卫生与经济发展之间存在密切联系,二者如何协调发展成为关注热点。本综述总结国内外医疗卫生服务能力与经济发展相关研究成果,主要内容包括医疗卫生服务能力与经济关系、协调发展评价指标、协调发展评价模型等。发现在研究对象上研究者多以国家为角度,区域研究较少;医疗卫生服务能力与经济协调程度是否存在地域差异相关研究还较为有限;现有评价两系统协调发展的指标体系还很难全面反映其内涵。医疗卫生服务能力与经济协调发展是一项复杂的系统工程,仅从定性或定量角度展示其动态变化过程,很难把握两者间的演变规律,在内涵与机制等方面缺少深入探讨;因此,未来相关研究可以在研究对象、指标构建、研究视角、研究内容上进一步深化,以期为未来该领域实证研究提供借鉴和参考。

There is a close connection between health care and economic development,and how to make the two develop in a coordinated manner becomes the key.This review has been conducted by summarizing the research results related to medical and health services ability and economic development at home and abroad,and the main contents include the relationship between medical and health services ability and economy,the evaluation index of coordinated development and the evaluation model of coordinated development.It is found that scholars mostly take a national perspective in terms of research subjects,with fewer regional studies.Research on whether there are geographic differences in the degree of coordination between medical and health services ability and the economy is still relatively limited.The existing indicator system for evaluating the coordinated development of the two systems is still difficult to fully reflect its connotation.The coordinated development of medical and health services ability and economy is a complex system project,and it is difficult to grasp the evolution pattern between them only by showing its dynamic change process from qualitative or quantitative perspectives,and there is a lack of in-depth exploration in the connotation and mechanism.Therefore,future related studies can be further deepened in terms of research objects,indicator construction,research perspectives and research contents,with a view to providing reference and reference for future empirical studies in this field.
