摘要
目的总结国内肠道微生态与肥胖症关系研究的现状和热点,为开展肥胖症肠道微生态研究提供参考。方法收集中国知网(CNKI)建库至2022年5月1日收录的肠道微生态与肥胖症关系研究相关文献,使用文献计量分析软件CiteSpace 5.7.R2对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词字段进行可视化分析,并进行科学解读。结果纳入文献共374篇,研究者963名,研究机构344个,涉及关键词677个,发文量呈逐年上升趋势。对关键词进行分析发现肠道微生态与肥胖症相关性的生理病理机制的探讨,以及益生菌、益生元、有氧运动等通过影响肠道菌群功能、结构达到科学防治肥胖症的多元化策略是当前研究热点。结论近年来肠道微生态与肥胖症关联性研究热度持续上升,优化和多元化以肠道菌群为靶点的减肥策略,以及更全面、精确地挖掘其作用机制是本领域未来研究的趋势。
Objective To summarize the current situation and hotspots of study on the relationship between intestinal microecology and obesity in China,so as to provide reference for carrying out subsequent studies on intestinal microecology in obesity patients.Methods The literature related to the study on the relationship between intestinal microecology and obesity included in the China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI)from the date of establishment to May 1,2022 was collected for visualization analysis on the authors,institutions,and key word fields and scientific interpretation by using the bibliometric analysis software CiteSpace 5.7.R2.Results The included literature contained a total of 374 articles,963 researchers,344 research institutions,and 677 key words,with an increasing number of articles published year by year.Analysis on the key words revealed that the exploration of the physiopathological mechanism of the correlation between intestinal microecology and obesity,and the diversified strategies for preventing and treating obesity scientifically by exerting the effects of probiotics,prebiotics and aerobic exercise in influencing the function and structure of intestinal flora are the study hotspots currently.Conclusion In recent years,the studies on the correlation between intestinal microecology and obesity are increasing,and the future study trends in this field are optimization and diversification of weight loss strategies targeting intestinal flora,as well as the more comprehensive and precise exploration of the mechanism of these strategies.
