高职助产专业《母婴保健》课程与“1+X”母婴护理职业技能等级证书融合路径

The path of integrating "maternal and child health care" course and "1+X" system of vocational certificate for maternal-child nursing in higher vocational major in midwifery

“1+X”证书制度即“学历证书+职业技能等级证书”,是我国职业教育面向新时代改革创新的一项重要制度设计。泰山护理职业学院作为试点院校,从调整人才培养方案、师资队伍建设、课证标准对接三个方面,研究高职助产专业《母婴保健》课程与母婴护理职业技能等级证书融合路径。以岗位工作过程任务为主线,以培养学生的核心能力、拓展能力和发展能力培养为目标,按模块化、项目化进行教学内容的融合,夯实学生可持续发展基础,拓宽就业渠道,培养适应多种岗位需求的复合型技术技能型人才。

The "1+X" certificate system,i.e.academic certificate + vocational certificate,is an essential system design for the reform and innovation of China's vocational education in the new era.As a pilot institution,Taishan Vocational College of Nursing explore the integration path of the "maternal and child health care" course and the vocational certificate for maternal-child nursing in higher vocational major in midwifery from three aspects:adjusting the talent training program,constructing teaching staff and docking the standards of the course and certificates.With the post tasks as the main line and the cultivation of core competencies,expanding competencies and developing competencies as the goal,we implement the integration of teaching contents based on modules and projects,thereby consolidating the foundation of students' sustainable development,expanding employment channels and cultivating compound technical and skilled talents who can meet the needs of various posts.
