应用模块化管理与前置审方系统提升合理用药的运行实践

Practice of modularized management and pre-prescription audit system in improving rational drug use

目的 探讨建设前置审方系统、阳光用药监控系统、医院信息管理系统(HIS系统)三者联动的药物管理模块,提升粤北人民医院(我院)合理用药智能化管理水平。方法 HIS系统对抗菌药物进行精准模块设置,对国家基本药物进行标识弹框,提示临床优先使用,对宁养院特殊管理药品进行模块化管理,结合前置审方规则设置等措施,使用阳光用药监控系统进行数据监管,反馈分析数据。结果 优化干预后,住院抗菌药物使用强度降低,儿童科室无权限使用喹诺酮类抗菌药物,提高儿童用药安全;系统审核处方合格率由61.67%上升至96.45%;宁养院特药管理工作获“优秀团体特等奖”;国家基本药物使用金额占比逐步提高。结论 模块化管理与前置审方系统结合,可提高我院药事管理水平,体现药师在合理用药中的价值。

Objective To construct a drug management module linking the pre-prescription audit system,the transparent and public medication monitoring system and the hospital information system(HIS),so as to improve the intelligent management of rational drug use in Yuebei People's Hospital(our hospital).Methods The HIS was adopted to set up precise modules for antimicrobial drugs and mark pop-up boxes for national essential drugs to prompt priority in clinical use.Modularized management was performed on special drugs in hospices,and data supervision and feedback of data analysis were done using the transparent and public medication monitoring system combined with measures such as pre-prescription audit rules setting.Results After the optimization of interventions,the frequency of antimicrobial drug use by inpatients reduced,and the exemption of pediatrics from using quinolone antibiotics improved the safety of drug use in children.The pass rate of prescription audit by system increased from 61.67% to 96.45%.The management of special drugs in hospices won the "Grand Prize for Excellent Group".The percentage of the consumption sum of national essential drugs used gradually increased.Conclusion The combination of modularized management and pre-prescription audit system can improve the level of pharmacy management in our hospital and reflect the value of pharmacists in rational drug use.
