学习者视角下高质量本科课程的教学机理研究

摘要 课程教学质量直接关系到本科教育质量和人才培养质量。遵循扎根理论的基本规范,借助NVivo12.0软件对一位大学教师在2016-2021年间所任教课程的209份教学评价进行编码分析,揭示了高质量本科课程的内外教学机理。学习内容、学习动机、教学投入、人际互动、学习参与和学习收获等六个核心要素相互作用和关联,构成了高质量本科课程的教学机理的动态链条。其中,内在机理表征为以学习动机为驱动力的学生单一主体的自主学习,外在机理表征为以教师教学投入为支持力的多个主体的双向互动。通过强化教师支持的课程教学管理,创设优质的课程教学条件,建构结果评价导向的教学人际关系,有助于增强高质量本科课程的教学持续性和可预期性。 The quality of teaching is directly related to the quality of both undergraduate education and personnel training.Follow-ing the basic norms of grounded theory,with the help of NVivo12.0 software,209 teaching evaluations of a university teacher's cour-ses from 2016 to 2021 are coded and analyzed.It reveals the internal and external teaching mechanism of high-quality undergraduate courses.The interaction and correlation of six core elements,such as learning content,learning motivation,teaching input,interper-sonal interaction,learning participation and learning gain,constitute the dynamic chain of teaching mechanism of high-quality under-graduate courses.The internal mechanism represents as self-regulated learning of single subject with driving of learning motivation.And the external mechanism represents as mutual interaction of multiple subjects with supporting of teaching engagement.Therefore,it is helpful to enhance the teaching sustainability and predictability of high-quality undergraduate coursesby strengthening the teacher-supported course teachingmanagement,creating high-quality course teaching conditions,and constructing evaluation-oriented teach-ing interpersonal relationship.
