高校思想政治教育高质量发展既是伴随中国特色社会主义新时代进入新阶段、适应经济社会高质量发展这一主题的时代呼唤,也源于其满足高校学生精神文化需要的供需关系存在短板的现实境遇。围绕效益提升这一根本要求,其逻辑内涵包括针对时代热点与社会现实问题的深刻阐释力、满足时代新人培养需要而非片面迎合的双向供给力、协调物质精神文明以推进中国式现代化的系统耦合力等三个方面。推动高校思想政治教育高质量发展,必须重视基础理论研究与创新、融合应用现代信息技术、构建和调试立体育人格局,实现形态进阶与升级,体现为价值取向上的“共本位形态”、内容表达上的“释惑形态”方式方法上的“智能形态”以及组织方式上的“有机体形态”

The high-quality development of university ideological and political education is a call of the times that accompanies the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and adapts to the theme of high-quality economic and social development.At the same time,it also stems from the reality that there is a short board between supply and demand to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of college students.Focusing on the fundamental requirement of benefit improvement,its logical connotation includes three aspects:the profound explanatory power to the hot issues of the times and social reality problems,the two-way supply force to meet the needs of the new generation ofthe times instead of one-sided catering,and the systematic coupling power to coordinate material and spiritual civilization to promote Chinese modernization.To promote the high-quality development of university ideological and political education,we must pay attention to the basic theoretical research and innovation,integrate and apply modern information technology,as well as construct and debug a three-dimensional education pattern,and achieve the advancement and upgrading of forms,which are reflected in the“both-standard form”in value orientation,the“confusion-removing form”in content expression,the“intelligent form”in ways and methods,and the“organic form”in organization.
