高校开展“思专创”人才培养模式的优化路径

The Optimized Path of the"Ideological,Professional,Innovative and Entrepreneurial"Talent Training Modes in China's Higher Education

我国高等教育育人质量提升面临的核心问题是如何在对接制造强国、科技强国人才需求的客观建设中,发挥好高校人才培养优势。基于马克思主义认识论、实践观与人的全面发展理论的“思专创”模式,突破了高校专创融合与思创融合的双向构建模式,在落实立德树人根本任务时,将“为党育人、为国育才”的思想政治教育、“学思结合,知行统一”的专业教育与“敢闯会创”的创新创业教育进行了有机融合,探索了更为优化的生态环境、实践教学主体意识、校企协调合作方式、智能信息技术应用手段等路径,创新了高校人才培养模式。

The core problem facing the improvement of higher education quality in China is how to give full play to the advantages of talent training in universities in the objective construction of the talent needs of manufacturing and science and technology powers.In China's higher education,the"ideological,professional,innovative and entrepreneurial"talent training mode,based on Marxist epistemology,practical view and the comprehensive development of human beings,has broken through two-way construction mode,as the professional,innovative and entrepreneurial,the ideological,innovative and entrepreneurial.In implementing the fundamental task of moral education,the ideological and political education of"educating people for the Party and the country",the professional education of"combining learning and thinking,unifying knowledge and action"and the innovation and entrepreneurship education of"daringto venture to create"are organically integrated.It explores optimized ecological environment,subject consciousness of practical teaching,university-enterprise coordination and cooperation way,intelligent information technology application means and other paths,and innovates the talent training mode of colleges and universities.
