摘要
针对某电厂600MW超临界循环流化床锅炉高温再热蒸汽管道疏水管管座出现裂纹这一现象,通过试验分析管座失效的原因,并根据相关规定提出修复措施。措施主要有缩短疏水管道的长度,就近安装一次阀,将大小变径管的缺陷拆除,进行过程跟踪检验,确保缺陷处理干净,而后运用了焊接工艺和焊后热处理工艺,从而保证了缺陷修复后焊接质量良好。焊后进行了超声波探伤和表面探伤检验,未再发现缺陷,为锅炉的安全稳定运行提供了保障。
Due to the crack on the drain socket of the high-temperature reheat steam pipeline of the 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant,this paper analyzes the cause of the failure and puts forward repair measures according to relevant regulations.By shortening the length of the drain pipe and installing a primary valve nearby,the defects of large and small reducer pipes were removed and the process was tracked and inspected to ensure that the defects were settled completely.Then the welding process and post-welding heat treatment process were used to ensure that the quality of welding was good after the defects had been repaired.No defects were found after the ultrasonic flaw detection and surface flaw detection,which ensured safe and stable operation of the boiler.
