慢就业视角下高校创新创业教育的问题与破解

On the Problems and Solutions of College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education from the Perspective of Delayed Employmen

基于慢就业的高校创新创业教育改革的现实意义,深刻剖析当前大学生从慢就业向创新创业转变的过程中在个人层面、高校层面、家庭层面和用人企业层面存在的问题,并以问题为导向提出具有针对性的破解策略,希望能够通过来培养大学生自主参与的积极性、科学的就业帮扶指导、多元化创新创业平台的搭建和多方协作支持等途径来培养大学生的就业和创业能力。

Based on the practical significance of the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities through delayed employment,this paper deeply analyzes the problems that exist at the individual,university,family,and employer levels in the process of college students transitioning from delayed employment to innovation and entrepreneurship,and proposes targeted problem-oriented solutions.It is hoped that this can cultivate college students'enthusiasm for independent participation,scientific employment assistance and guidance.The establishment of diversified innovation and entrepreneurship platforms and multi-party collaborative support are ways to cultivate the employment and entrepreneurial abilities of college students.
