场景视域下公园城市文化治理——内在逻辑与基本路径

Research on Cultural Governance of Park Cities from the Perspective of Scene——The Internal Logic and Basic Path

公园城市是一种城市高质量发展理念,为新时代城市文化治理提出了新方向与新命题,亟待探索其治理开展的实践空间并构建适应性治理框架。在对场景及其理论渊源脉络梳理的基础上,一方面阐明了公园城市的内涵特征和实践进路,另一方面剖析了公园城市文化治理的兴起缘由与治理要义。进而凝练出场景视域下公园城市文化治理的内在逻辑,构建了以营造场景、激活蜂鸣与构建网络为核心的公园城市文化治理基本路径。

Park city is a concept of high quality urban development,which puts forward a new direction for urban cultural governance.It is urgent to explore the practical space for its governance and build an adap⁃tive governance framework.On the basis of summarizing the scene and its theoretical context,this paper clarifies the connotation and practical approach of the concept of park city,and analyzes the reasons for the rise of park city cultural governance and the key points.Then the paper puts forward the inner logic of cul⁃tural governance in park city from the perspective of scene:promoting the matching of people,amenities and cultural activities;enhancing the practice of public cultural participation;building a multi⁃subject co⁃operation framework.The basic path of cultural governance of park city is summarized in the paper,which is centered on creating scenes,activating buzzes and constructing networks,and this provides a new govern⁃ance enlightenment for expanding the ecological aesthetic value of park city and realizing the development and innovation of park city culture.
