摘要
运用非期望产出SBM模型测度京津冀城市群环境规制效率,探析其特征与存在的瓶颈,并结合修正的引力模型、最大引力线构建京津冀环境规制效率的空间网络关联结构。研究结果表明:(1)2008—2020年间,京津冀环境规制效率总体保持在较低水平且提升速度缓慢,具有显著的空间异质性特征;(2)空间引力关联结构呈现出以北京为核心向四周辐射的态势,且天津即将成为对外引力值最大的核心城市;(3)对外关联度与地理距离呈一定的反比关系,且与周边城市的空间溢出效果具有明显关联。
Based on the undesirable SBM model,the environmental regulation efficiency of Beijing⁃Tianjin⁃Hebei urban agglomeration is measured to analyze its characteristics and existing bottlenecks.And then,combined with modified gravity model and maximum gravity line,the spatial network structure of environ⁃mental regulation efficiency of Beijing⁃Tianjin⁃Hebei urban agglomeration is constructed.The results show that:(1)during the period 2008 to 2020,this move slowly in the overall environmental regulation efficien⁃cy,and the level of Beijing⁃Tianjin⁃Hebei urban agglomeration is low;(2)a stable spatial correlation structure that radiates around Beiijng and Tianjin becomes the center of the structure as well;(3)the ex⁃ternal relevance is inversely proportional to the geographical,and there is a clearconnection with spatial spillover effect of surrounding cities.
