Overview,Strategy and Prospect of Stability Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Oral Liquid Preparations

中药口服液体制剂是中药制剂里重要的一类剂型,尤其适合吞咽困难的老人和儿童。中药口服液体制剂因受pH、温度、光照、包装材料等因素影响,易出现浑浊、沉淀、变色、絮凝、霉变等稳定性问题。因此,该研究分析了中药口服液体制剂稳定性的形成机理和影响因素,总结提高中药口服液体制剂稳定性策略,展望中药口服液体制剂发展,以期为中药口服液体制剂研究与生产问题的解决提供理论指导和参考。

Oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine are an important type of dosage form in traditional Chinese medicine preparations,especially suitable for the elderly and children with swallowing difficulties.Due to the influence of pH,temperature,light,packaging materials and other factors,oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine are prone to stability problems such as turbidity,precipitation,discoloration,flocculation,and mildew.Therefore,this study reviews and analyzes the formation mechanism and influencing factors of the stability of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine,summarizes the strategies to improve the stability of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the development prospect of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the research and production problems of oral liquid preparations of traditional Chinese medicine and reference.
