血栓通注射液联合奥扎格雷对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及病灶侧支循环的影响

Effect of Xueshuantong Injection Combined with Ozagrel on Neurological Function and Collateral Circulation in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血栓通注射液联合奥扎格雷对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能及病灶侧支循环的影响。方法择取2021年6月至2022年6月上饶东信第五医院接诊的86例ACI患者,用随机数字表法分成两组,研究组、对照组各43例。对照组予奥扎格雷治疗,在对照组基础上,研究组合用血栓通注射液治疗,持续治疗14 d后,对比两组疗效,神经功能[改良爱丁堡-斯堪的纳维亚评分(MESSS)],病灶侧支循环及炎症因子[白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果治疗后,两组MESSS评分均有所下降,且较对照组,研究组MESSS评分更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组IL-17、TNF-α、IL-1β水平均有所降低,且较对照组,研究组以上炎症因子水平更低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组病灶侧支循环血管分级均有所改善,且较对照组,研究组病灶侧支循环血管分级改善更优(P<0.05);与对照组比,研究组总有效率高(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液联合奥扎格雷可改善ACI患者神经功能,调控炎症反应,加速病灶侧支循环形成,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of xueshuantong injection combined with ozagrel on neurological function and collateral circulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods 86 patients with ACI admitted to Dongxin No.5 Hospital of Shangrao from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 43 cases in the study group and 43 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with ozagrel,the study group was treated with xueshuantong injection on the basis of control group.After continuous treatment for 14 days,the efficacy,neurological function[modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia score(MESSS)],collateral circulation and inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),IL-17,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MESSS score of the two groups decreased,and the MESSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,TNF-αand IL-1βin the two groups were decreased,and the levels of above inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the grade of collateral circulation vessels in the two groups was improved,and the grade of collateral circulation vessels in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Xueshuantong injection combined with ozagrel can improve the neurological function of patients with ACI,regulate the inflammatory reaction,accelerate the formation of collateral circulation,and improve the therapeutic effect.
