唑吡坦联合曲唑酮对失眠患者睡眠障碍程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Zolpidem Combined with Trazodone on Sleep Disorder and Sleep Quality in Patients with Insomnia

目的探讨失眠症患者采用唑吡坦联合曲唑酮治疗的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年1月至2022年1月赣州市人民医院收治的80例失眠症患者分为两组,各40例。对照组采用曲唑酮治疗,观察组采用唑吡坦联合曲唑酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果、睡眠障碍程度、睡眠质量、多导睡眠图(PSG)指标及不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%(38/40)比对照组77.50%(31/40)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组睡眠障碍评定量表(SDRS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组睡眠时间、睡眠效率均比治疗前高,且观察组比对照组高,两组醒觉时间及入睡时间均比治疗前短,且观察组比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论失眠症患者采用唑吡坦联合曲唑酮治疗效果满意,可减轻患者睡眠障碍程度,改善睡眠质量,且未增加不良反应,安全性好。

Objective To investigate the effect of zolpidem combined with trazodone in the treatment of insomnia.Methods 80 patients with insomnia admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with trazodone,and the observation group was treated with zolpidem combined with trazodone for 28 days.The therapeutic effect,sleep disorder degree,sleep quality,polysomnography(PSG)indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group 77.50%(31/40),with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of sleep disorder rating scale(SDRS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The sleep time and sleep efficiency of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The awakening time and falling asleep time of the two groups were shorter than those before treatment,and the observation group was shorter than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zolpidem combined with trazodone can reduce the degree of sleep disorder,improve the quality of sleep,without increasing adverse reactions,and has good safety.
