湿毒散方剂治疗失禁性皮炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Shidusan Formula on Incontinence Dermatitis

目的观察湿毒散方剂治疗失禁性皮炎的疗效。方法选取2020年4月至2022年3月赣州市中医院收治的80例失禁性皮炎患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,对照组实施常规治疗,治疗组基于此进行湿毒散方剂治疗。比较两组疗效、皮炎愈合及皮损消退时间、两组疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],不良反应发生率、复发率。结果治疗组有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组皮炎愈合及皮损消退时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后3 d、7 d,两组VAS评分显著下降,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率、复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿毒散方剂治疗失禁性皮炎疗效确切,能够减轻患者疼痛程度,缩短皮炎愈合及皮损消退时间,且不良反应少,复发率低。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of shidusan formula on incontinence dermatitis.Methods A total of 80 incontinence dermatitis patients admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.The control group received routine treatment,based on this,the treatment group received shidusan formula.The efficacy,the healing time,the pain levels[visual analog scale(VAS)],the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After 3 days and 7 days of medication,VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the incidence and recurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shidusan formula is effective in the treatment of incontinence dermatitis,which can reduce the pain levels of patients,shorten the healing time of dermatitis and skin lesions,and has fewer adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.
