摘要
肾移植是治疗终末期肾脏病的首选方法,相比于透析它能给患者带来更多的获益。如何延长移植肾的存活时间一直是移植医生面临的挑战。临床上尚缺乏移植肾病变的非侵入性检查措施,目前的金标准仍然是肾穿刺活检。移植肾的活检不仅为创伤性检查,还存在取材的局限性。多参数功能磁共振(fMR)技术可以提供肾脏功能变化的重要信息,如灌注、扩散、结构复杂性以及氧合和纤维化。文章就多参数功能磁共振成像在评估移植肾功能和损伤方面的临床应用和潜力进行综述。
Renal transplantation is the preferred method for treating end⁃stage kidney disease,and it can bring more benefits to patients compared to dialysis.How to prolong the survival time of transplanted kidneys has always been a chal⁃lenge faced by transplant doctors.There is still a lack of non⁃invasive examination measures for transplanted kidney lesions in clinical practice,and the current gold standard is still renal biopsy.The biopsy of transplanted kidneys is not only a traumatic examination,but also has limitations in obtaining materials.Multi parameter functional magnetic resonance(fMR)technology can provide important information on changes in renal function,such as perfusion,diffusion,structural complexity,and oxy⁃genation and fibrosis.This article reviews the clinical application and potential of multi parameter functional magnetic reso⁃nance imaging in evaluating the function and injury of transplanted kidney.
