全球发展倡议和全球安全倡议是习近平外交思想近年来标志性的重要理论和实践创新。二者都是习近平主席把握人类社会发展规律,从人民立场出发,为解答世界之问、时代之问、历史之问贡献的中国智慧和中国方案,对中国和平发展、世界繁荣进步具有重大深远意义。面对百年变局加速演进、国际安全形势复杂变化,将全球发展倡议和全球安全倡议贯通起来系统学习和深入思考,对我们做好时代必答题、不断为世界和平与发展崇高事业作出新贡献至关重要。

The Global Development Initiative(GDI)and the Global Security Initiative(GSI)symbolize the important innovations,in theory and in practice,attained by Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy over recent years.Both initiatives were first proposed by Chinese President Xi Jinping,who stands firmly with the people and grasps the rules for the development of human society.They provide humanity with Chinese wisdom and Chinese input in response to the questions posed by the world,by the times,and by the history,therefore having major and far-reaching impacts on the peaceful development of China and the prosperity and progress of the world.Presently,the global changes unseen in a century are evolving at a faster pace and the international security situation is undergoing complex transformations.To answer the call of the times and make new contributions to the noble cause of global peace anddevelopment,it isofgreat significance for us to systematically study the GDI and the GSI and deeply think about ways to synergizethetwo.
