一种基于往复类国民体质测试器材耐久性能检测的设备研究

Research on a Kind of Equipment Based on the Durability Test of Reciprocating National Physical Fitness Test Equipment

本文针对当前往复类国民体质健康测试器材产品耐久性能检测存在无专用检测设备,智能化程度低、功能不完善和检测效率不高等问题,提出并设计一款通过伺服电机系统与滚珠丝杆相结合,利用轴承和气弹簧组成旋转系统,实现设备的水平形态和竖直形态的相互转换,且试验过程的行程和频率由人机交换系统输入PLC控制系统,自动控制移动端的往复运动的检测设备。

In view of the problems of the current reciprocating national physical health testing equipment,such as no special testing equipment,low intelligence,incomplete function and low detection efficiency,a rotating system is proposed and designed by combining servo motor system with ball screw and using bearings and gas springs.The mutual conversion of the horizontal and vertical forms of the equipment are realized,and the travel and frequency of the test process are inputted into the PLC control system by the human-machine exchange system to automatically control the detection equipment of the reciprocating motion of the mobile end.
