摘要
目前盾构隧道联络通道主要采用冷冻法对土体降温再进行开挖施工,但在复杂工况环境下仍存在极大施工风险。通过采用专门研制的行星摇臂式顶管机对不同强度等级的玻璃纤维筋砂浆试块进行全断面切削试验,对行星摇臂式顶管机切削玻璃纤维筋、砂浆和道具磨损情况进行研究。试验表明,行星摇臂式顶管机切削效率理想,试验结果可以促进今后顶管法直接开挖联络通道的理论发展和技术进步,以及指导实际切削钢筋混凝土管片的施工,为今后类似的工程提供相应的参考。
At present,the freezing method is mainly used for the contact channel of shield tunnel to cool the soil and then excavate it.However,there is the great construction risk still in the complex construction environment.The full-section cutting experiment is carried out for the glass fiber rebar mortar test specimen with the different strength grades by the specially developed planetary rocker pipe jacking machine.The conditions of the glass fiber rebar and mortar cut by the planetary rocker pipe jacking machine and the machine wear are studied.The experiment shows that the cutting efficiency of planetary rocker pipe jacking machine is ideal.The experimental result can promote the theoretical development and technological advance of the pipe jacking method directly excavating the contact channels in the future,and can guide the practical construction of cutting the steel reinforced concrete segments,which provides the reference for the similar projects in the future.
