摘要
本文使用硬质合金常用成型剂56#石蜡和PEG4000制备的混合料,模压PS21标准试样和正角刀片APMT1605PDER-FM、负角刀片SNMA120408。测量PS21压坯的压制压力和横向断裂强度,记录APMT1605PDER-FM压坯外观和SNMA120408批量生产过程中的压力、填粉高度波动性等数据,综合比较56#石蜡和PEG4000两种成型剂对硬质合金数控刀片成型性能的影响。结果表明:同等条件下,以56#石蜡为成型剂的混合料压制压力更低,压坯裂纹更少,刃口更平整,压制过程更稳定。因此,56#石蜡的成型性能更优。
In this paper,the common molding agents for cemented carbides,56#paraffin wax and PEG4000,were used to prepare ready-to-press powder(RTP).The PS21 standard samples,positive insert APMT1605PDER-FM,and negative insert SNMA120408 were pressed by compression molding.The compacting force and transverse rupture strength(TRS)of PS21 compacts were measured,and the appearance of APMT1605PDER-FM compacts and the fluctuations of compacting force and powder filling depth of SNMA120408 during mass production were recorded.These data could be used to comprehensively compare the influence of the above two molding agents on the formability of cemented carbide inserts.The results show that the RTP with 56#paraffin wax has lower compacting force,fewer cracks in the compacts,flatter edges,and a more stable compaction process than the RTP with PEG4000.Therefore,the formability of 56#paraffin wax is better than PEG4000.
