龙氏治脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Long's Chiropractic Therapy in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的:观察龙氏治脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组各30例,治疗组用龙氏治脊手法,对照组用传统推拿疗法。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组VAS评分、田中靖久颈椎病评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏治脊疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Long‘s chiropractic therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Long's chiropractic manipulation,while the control group were treated with traditional massage therapy.Results:The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group and 83.3%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and Tanaka Jingjiu cervical spondylosis score of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long‘s chiropractic therapy is more effective in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
