摘要 近年来,在铁路BIM联盟推动下,铁路行业BIM技术发展迅速,但受行业自身特点影响,铁路工程BIM技术应用尚未完全成熟。高速铁路桥梁BIM技术面临3个难题:铁路BIM技术标准的落地应用、三维信息模型的高效构建、BIM应用在施工阶段的有效开展。为解决上述难题,促进BIM技术在高速铁路桥梁工程中的推广及应用,依托郑济高铁长清黄河特大桥工程,将高铁桥梁工程业务知识与软件开发、BIM、GIS等信息化技术相结合,采用代理方案在通用平台部署BIM技术标准;开发具备简支梁、连续梁、桥墩、基础设计功能的高铁桥梁BIM设计系统;研发包含三维精细化设计、施工深化应用、自动化加工在内的高铁桥梁钢筋一体化解决方案;融合BIM+GIS技术,与施工组织紧密结合,开发具备三维可视化功能的工艺级4D仿真软件;基于微服务架构,开发具备web端、移动端应用功能的桥梁BIM建设管理平台。最终形成覆盖高速铁路桥梁技术标准、设计、施工、建设管理各环节的一体化解决方案。 Driven by the China Railway BIM Alliance,BIM technology in railway industry has developed rapidly in recent years.Influenced by the characteristics of railway industry,the application of BIM technology in railway engineering is not yet fully mature.Currently,the application of BIM technology in high-speed railway(HSR)bridges are facing three challenges:implementation and application of railway BIM technical standards,efficient construction of 3D information model,and efficient application of BIM in construction stage.In order to resolve above challenges and to promote the application of BIM technology in HSR bridges,based on Changqing Yellow River Bridge,combining HSR Bridge engineering business knowledge with software development,BIM,GIS and other information technologies,this paper has carried out following specific research works:Deploy railway BIM standards on universal BIM platform using agent scheme;Develop a BIM design system for HSR bridges,including simple-supported girder,continuous girder,pier and foundation design functions;Research and develop an integrated solution for rebar in HSR bridges,including three-dimensional elaborate design,deepening application in construction stage and automatic processing;Integrate BIM+GIS technology in combination with construction organization closely,and develop one process-level 4D simulation software with three-dimensional visualization function;Based on Microservice architecture,develop a BIM construction management platform for bridge with web and mobile application functions.Finally,an integrated solution,covering all links of HSR bridges,such as technical standards,design,construction and management,is formed.
