摘要
随着铁路工程建设数字化水平的不断提高,为满足铁路隧道智能设计的应用需求,对铁路隧道BIM正向设计进行研究并完成相关设计程序研发。以Bentley平台为技术支持,结合隧道设计流程,形成了一套铁路隧道BIM正向设计系统,涵盖正向设计方法和设计成果输出。正向设计方法包含模板库参数化设计、构件库参数化设计、隧道纵断面设计、隧道洞身模型生成、隧道洞门参数化设计;设计成果输出包含三维模型应用、工程量统计、二维图纸生成。详细介绍参数化设计、纵断面设计、二三维联动等关键技术方案和程序实现原理,提出在设计数量及体量较大构件和差异性较大构件时智能化程度不高的问题,并针对性提供解决方案和后续研究建议,总结BIM正向设计在可视化、参数化设计、信息化管理、多专业协同、结合地形设计等方面的优势。
With the continuous improvement of the digital level of railway engineering construction,in order to meet the application requirements of railway tunnel intelligent design,this paper studies the BIM forward design of railway tunnel and completes the research and development of relevant design program.This study takes Bentley platform as the technical support and combines the tunnel design process to form a set of BIM forward design system for railway tunnel,covering the forward design methods and output of design results.The forward design method includes parametric design of template library,parametric design of component library,tunnel profile design,tunnel body model generation and parametric design of tunnel portal.The output of design results includes 3D model application,engineering quantity statistics and 2D drawing generation.The research introduces in detail the key technical schemes and program implementation principles such as parametric design,profile design and 2D&3D interactive,puts forward the problem of low intelligence in designing some components with large volume and large differences,provides relevant solutions and research suggestions,and summarizes the advantages of BIM forward design in visualization,parametric design,information management,co-design of multispecialties,combined terrain design and so on.
