γ-氨基丁酸对甘草种子萌发及呼吸代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以甘草种子为材料,测定不同浓度的γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)处理及GABA抑制剂处理后甘草种子的动态质量、吸胀速率、发芽率、发芽指数、呼吸速率、活力指数以及呼吸代谢物有机酸和氨基酸的含量,探究GABA对甘草种子萌发及呼吸代谢的影响。结果表明,外源GABA处理在一定程度上能够提高甘草种子的萌发指数、活力指数、质量和呼吸速率,其中,2 mmol/L GABA处理的种子活力指数和萌发指数较高,分别是对照组的1.45倍和1.38倍(p<0.05),处理48 h时质量为对照的1.05倍;一定浓度外源GABA处理可以提高种子内部GABA、琥珀酸等呼吸相关代谢物的含量;一定浓度GABA抑制剂处理能够降低甘草种子的呼吸速率和增加种子质量,48 h时的呼吸速率为对照组的92.86%,抑制剂同时可以降低延胡索酸和琥珀酸的含量。研究表明,一定浓度的GABA处理有利于甘草种子萌发,能够提高种子内源GABA以及其他呼吸代谢物的含量,促进三羧酸循环。 To investigate the effect ofγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on the germination and respiratory metabolism of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds,using Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds as materials,after different concentrations of GABA treatment and GABA inhibitor treatment,the dynamic mass,imbibition rate,germination rate,germination index,respiration rate,vigor index and respiratory metabolites content of organic acids and amino acids of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds were determined.Results showed that treatment with exogenous GABA could improve the germination index,vigor index,quality and respiration rate of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds to a certain extent.The vigor index and germination index of seeds treated with 2 mmol/L GABA were higher,which were 1.45 and 1.38 times of the control group.At 48 hours,the quality was 1.05 times that of the control.A certain concentration of exogenous GABA treatment could increase the contents of GABA,succinic acid and other respiration-related metabolites in the seeds.A certain concentration of GABA inhibitor treatment could reduce the respiration rate of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds and their mass increased,the respiration rate at 48 hours was 92.86%of the control group,and the inhibitor could reduce the content of fumaric acid and succinic acid at the same time.The study showed that the GABA treatment with a certain concentration was beneficial to the germination of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds,and could increase the content of endogenous GABA and other respiratory metabolites in seeds,and promote the TCA cycle.
