种子包衣和丸粒化处理对酒用高粱出苗的影响 被引量:1

摘要 出苗难是贵州省酒用高粱产业的一个“瓶颈”,本研究旨在探索适宜的酒用高粱出苗提升技术。以当地主栽高粱品种“红缨子”为试材,设置种子处理、土壤类型和播种深度的三因素实验,研究各因素及其互作对高粱出苗的影响。在人工气候箱中,CG包衣种子发芽率、芽长、发芽指数、平均发芽日数和活力指数与对照均无显著差异(p<0.05)。在盆栽条件下,CZ和CG包衣种子在泥炭土、黄壤和石灰土中3 cm, 5 cm和7 cm播种深度均表现出较高的出苗率(p<0.05),而P 2丸化种子在石灰土中3 cm和7 cm播种深度表现出较高的出苗率(p<0.05);多因素方差分析表明,种子处理和土壤类型互作影响出苗率(p<0.05)。在大田条件下,各试点结果均表明,CZ和CG包衣种子及P 2丸化种子出苗率显著高于对照(p<0.05)。研究表明,种子经CG包衣处理,在3 cm播种深度下出苗率明显提高,值得今后推广。 Seedling emergence was a"bottleneck"of sorghum for wine industry in Guizhou Province,and this study was to explore the improved technology suitable for seedlings of sorghum for wine.Taking the main variety"Hongyingzi"as the test material,a three-factor experiment of seed treatment,soil type and sowing depth was set up to study the effects of various factors and their interaction on the seedling emergence of sorghum.In the artificial climate box,the germination rate,bud length,germination index,average germination days and vigor index of CG-coated seeds were not significantly different from the control(p<0.05).Under pot conditions,CZ and CG coated seeds showed higher emergence rates(p<0.05)in peat soil,yellow soil and calcareous soil at 3,5 and 7 cm depths(p<0.05),while P 2 pelleted seeds showed higher emergence rate in lime soil at 3 and 7 cm depth(p<0.05).Multivariate analysis of variance showed that the interaction between seed treatment and soil type affected the emergence rate(p<0.05).Under field conditions,the results of each sites showed that the seedling emergence rate of CZ and CG coated seeds and P 2 pelleted seeds was significantly higher than that of the control(p<0.05).The study showed that CG seed coating could significantly improve the emergence rate of sorghum for wine when sowing depth was 3 cm,which was worth of extension in the future.
