西北内陆河抗生素抗性基因赋存特征及其影响因素 被引量:5

Distribution characteristics and influencing factors of antibiotic resistance genes in inland rivers of Northwest China

摘要 基于宏基因组学方法对Y河流域表层水中抗生素抗性基因(ARGs)分布特征及细菌群落结构进行分析,探究了ARGs与环境因子、细菌群落间的关系.结果表明,Y河流域表层水中检测到21种ARGs类型和1295种ARGs亚型,6种抗性机制,其中多重耐药类为主要ARGs类型,macB为优势ARGs亚型,抗生素外排为主要抗性机制;分别检测到160个门水平和4149个属水平细菌.其中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)是优势细菌门,Liminohabitans等为优势细菌属.相关性分析结果表明TOC、DOC和COD_(Mn)等与多种ARGs亚型呈显著相关性(P<0.05);黄杆菌属(Flavobacterium)、极地单胞菌属(Polaromonas)和类诺卡氏属(Nocardioides)等部分菌属与多种ARGs显著相关(P<0.05),且涉及多种ARGs类型和抗性机制.本研究以期为西北干旱区典型内陆河水环境ARGs分布特征提供数据支撑. The distribution characteristics of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)and bacterial community structure in surface water of Y River Basin were analyzed based on metagenomics.The relationship between ARGs and environmental factors and bacterial communities was investigated.The results showed that 21 types of ARGs and 1295 subtypes of ARGs,6resistance mechanisms were detected in the surface water of Y River basin,among which multidrug was the main type of ARGs,macB was the dominant subtype of ARGs,and antibiotic effluents were the main resistance mechanisms.Bacteria were detected at 160 phylum levels and 4149 genus levels,respectively,among which Proteobacteria is the dominant bacteria phylum,Liminohabitans and others are the dominant bacteria genera.The correlation analysis showed that TOC,DOC and COD_(Mn) were significantly correlated with various ARGs subtypes(P<0.05);Some genera,such as Flavobacterium,Polaromonas,and Nocardioides,were significantly associated with multiple ARGs(P<0.05)and involved multiple type and resistance mechanisms of ARGs.This study aims to provide data support for ARGs distribution characteristics of typical inland river environment in northwest arid region.
