摘要
玄武岩纤维已广泛应用于水泥、混凝土等建筑材料中。综述了玄武岩纤维的物理化学性质,具体为纤维的组成成分、力学性能和介电性能;介绍了玄武岩纤维对硅酸盐水泥基材料物理力学性能的影响,主要包括抗压、劈裂抗拉、弯曲、抗剪强度及电磁性能等。结果表明,玄武岩纤维抗拉强度高,力学性能好,电绝缘性能优越;玄武岩纤维对硅酸盐水泥基材料的抗压强度没有明显改善作用,但对其他力学性能均有较大幅度提升;玄武岩纤维对硅酸盐水泥基材料电磁性能影响的研究结果不统一。最后根据当前研究现状与存在的不足,指明了今后研究的方向。
As a new type of fiber material,basalt fiber has been widely used in building materials such as cement and concrete.The physical and chemical properties of basalt fibers are reviewed,including the composition,mechanical properties and dielectric properties of the fibers.The influence of basalt fiber on the physical and mechanical properties of Portland cement-based materials,including compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength,shear strength and electromagnetic properties,was introduced.The results show that the fiber has high tensile strength,good mechanical properties,low dielectric constant and dielectric loss,and excellent electrical insulation performance.Basalt fiber does not significantly improve the compressive strength of Portland cement-based materials,but it greatly improves the splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and shear strength.The research results of the influence of basalt fiber on the electromagnetic properties of Portland cement-based materials are not uniform.Finally,according to the present research situation and existing shortcomings,the direction of future research is pointed out.
