摘要
为促进煤矸石在混凝土生产中的应用,研究了用玄武岩纤维对煤矸石混凝土进行改性的方法。通过试验对比了不同纤维掺量和纤维长度对煤矸石混凝土抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度的影响,并分析了其影响机理。结果表明:玄武岩纤维对煤矸石混凝土强度的影响具有两面性;玄武岩纤维对抗拉强度有较好的增强效果,在少数情况下也能提高抗压强度;当纤维掺量不超过0.15%时,纤维掺量和纤维长度对强度的影响显著,但当纤维掺量超过0.15%时,纤维掺量和纤维长度对强度的影响不显著;制备玄武岩纤维煤矸石混凝土时,建议玄武岩纤维体积掺量的取值控制在0.10%~0.15%范围内,纤维长度可取为18 mm。
To promote the application of coal gangue in concrete production,it studies the method of modifying coal gangue concrete by using basalt fiber.Experiments were conducted to study the effects of different fiber content and fiber length on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of coal gangue concrete,and the influence mechanism was analyzed.The results show that basalt fiber has double-sided effects on the strength of coal gangue concrete.Basalt fiber has a relatively good effect on the tensile strength,and it can also improve the compressive strength in a few cases.When the fiber content is less than 0.15%,the influence of fiber content and fiber length on strength is significant,but when the fiber content is more than 0.15%,the influence of fiber content and fiber length on strength is not significant.When preparing basalt fiber coal gangue concrete,the volume fraction of basalt fiber is suggested to controll in the range of 0.10%~0.15%,and the fiber length should not be less than 18 mm.
