不同石粉含量花岗岩机制砂混凝土配合比设计及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 机制砂在生产工程中产生大量石粉,石粉含量是影响机制砂混凝土性能的重要因素。对不同石粉含量及超标石粉含量机制砂进行了混凝土配合比优化改进设计方法研究,对比研究河砂与不同石粉含量机制砂采用改进优化后的配合比设计方法配制C30、C55、C60、C80混凝土的性能。结果表明:针对5%~20%石粉含量的花岗岩机制砂,采用改进优化后的配合比设计方法可实现不同石粉含量机制砂混凝土的拌合物性能、各龄期抗压强度均与河砂混凝土相当,同时单位立方米混凝土能够降低水泥用量20~60 kg。 Manufactured sand produces a lot of stone powder in production engineering,and the content of stone powder is an important factor affecting the performance of manufactured sand concrete.The improved design method of concrete mix proportion optimization for manufactured sand with different stone powder content and over standard stone powder content is studied.The performance of C30,C55,C60 and C80 concrete prepared by river sand and manufactured sand with different stone powder content is compared.The results show that for granite machine-made sand with 5%~20%stone powder content,the mixture performance and compressive strength of machine-made sand concrete with different stone powder content are equivalent to river sand concrete by using the improved and optimized mix design method,and the cement consumption of single cubic concrete can be reduced by 20~60 kg.
