Experiment on vertical support for prefabricated concrete frame structure construction

摘要 为研究预制装配式混凝土框架结构施工竖向支撑,设计了2个不同高度的竖向支撑体系,并进行静力加载试验,分析支撑在装配式构件安装施工荷载下的位移变化及杆件应力发展过程。结果表明:荷载-位移、荷载-应变的变化与装配式构件安装加载方式相对应。支撑顶部最大侧向位移为支撑高度的0.3%,竖向位移很小,支撑底部位移很小。立杆应变较大,为支撑体系的主要受力杆件。支撑破坏模式为底部杆件压屈破坏,支撑体系的极限承载力达到预期要求,验证了支撑设计的合理性。 In order to study the vertical support system of prefabricated concrete frame structure construction,two vertical supports of prefabricated concrete frame structure construction with different heights was designed and tested under static loading.The displacement change and stress development process of the support under installation and construction loading of the prefabricated components were analyzed.Results showed that the changes of load-displacement and load-strain corresponded to the installation and loading mode of assembled components.The maximum lateral displacement of the top of the support was 0.3%of the support height,and the vertical displacement was very small.The bottom displacement of the support was very small.The strain of the upright pole was larger,which was the main force member of the supporting system.The failure mode of bracing was buckling failure of bottom member,and the ultimate bearing capacity of support system met the expected requirements,which verified the rationality of support design.
