摘要
制备Al_(2)O_(3)负载Fe粒子电极并用于三维电极反应器处理N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)模拟废水,研究反应时间、电流强度、粒子电极投加量、电解质投加量、初始pH对DMF去除效果的影响,并通过正交试验研究各因素对DMF去除效果影响程度。结果表明:三维电极处理DMF模拟废水的最佳工艺条件为电流为1.4 A,粒子电极投加量为9 g,电解质投加量为1.5 g,pH为8,此条件下反应6 h得到DMF的去除率可达96.12%;各因素对DMF去除效果的影响由大到小依次为电流强度、粒子电极投加量、pH、电解质投加量。
Al_(2)O_(3)loaded Fe particle electrode was prepared and used in the three-dimensional electrode reactor to treat N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF)simulated wastewater.The effects of reaction time,current intensity,particle electrode dosage,electrolyte dosage and initial pH on the removal of DMF were studied,and the influence degree of each factor on the removal of DMF was studied by orthogonal test.Results showed that the optimal conditions for the treatment of DMF simulated wastewater by three-dimensional electrode were current of 1.4 A,particle electrode dosage of 9 g,electrolyte dosage of 1.5 g and pH of 8.Under the optimal conditions,DMF removal rate could reach 96.12%after 6 h reaction.The influences of all factors on DMF removal were current intensity,particle electrode dosage,pH and electrolyte dosage in descending order.
