摘要 目的采用气溶胶微喷射技术进行打印柔性电路研究,以获得最佳柔性电路成形参数。方法针对柔性电路成形工艺优化问题,采用控制变量法,选择聚焦比、工作距离、喷嘴直径、打印速度4种工艺参数为因素,设计单因素实验。通过分别改变4种工艺参数,研究在打印过程中工艺参数对打印线条形貌的影响规律,并利用气溶胶微喷射打印技术在平面与曲面基底上打印柔性电路加以验证。结果在聚焦比为4、工作距离为3 mm、喷嘴直径为500μm、打印速度为10 mm/s条件下,得到的打印线条形貌最佳,并且线宽特征值较低。结论打印线宽随聚焦比与打印速度的增加呈逐渐减小的趋势,随工作距离与喷嘴直径的增加呈逐渐增大的趋势;聚焦比、工作距离、喷嘴直径与打印速度的改变对打印线条的线宽特征值和线条形貌影响明显。 ABSTRACT: The work aims to research the printing flexible circuit through the aerosol micro-jet technology, in order to obtainthe best forming parameters of flexible circuits. Aiming at the optimization of flexible circuit forming process, the control variable experiment method was adopted, and four process parameters, such as focusing ratio, working distance, nozzle diameter,and printing speed, were selected as factors to design a single factor experiment. Through changing the four process parametersrespectively, the effect of the four process parameters on the shape of printed lines during the printing was studied, and the flexible circuit was printed on plane and curved surface substrates through the aerosol micro-jet printing technology to verify. Whenthe focus ratio was 4, the working distance was 3 mm, the nozzle diameter was 500 μm, and the printing speed was 10 mm/s, the line shape obtained was the best and the lineweight characteristic value was low. The printing lineweight decreases with the increase of the focus ratio and printing speed, and increases with the increase of working distance and nozzle diameter. Thechanges of focus ratio, working distance, nozzle diameter and printing speed have obvious effects on the lineweight characteristic value and line shape of printed lines.
