护理突发公共卫生事件应急培训研究进展

Research progress of nurses emergency training for nursing emergencies in public health

突发公共卫生事件由于其突发性、不可预见性,对人民健康及财产极具威胁。在突发公共卫生事件的应急处理过程中,护士作为与患者接触最多的医务人员,作用尤为重要。作者对目前国内外护理突发公共卫生事件应急培训方法及体系、培训内容及考核评价进行了综述,提出目前我国护理突发公共卫生事件应急培训的不足,以期为需要开展护理突发公共卫生事件应急培训的机构提供参考。

Due to its suddenness and unpredictability,public health emergencies pose a great threat to people’s health and property.As the medical staff who have the most contact with patients,nurses play an important role in the emergency management of public health emergencies.The authors reviews the current training methods,systems and contents,as well as assessment at home and abroad,and puts forward the deficiencies of nursing emergency training for public health emergencies in China,in order to provide reference for institutions that need nursing emergency training for public health emergencies.
