摘要
教师是基础教育阶段的灵魂人物,名师工作室是教师发展的重要途径,以工作室形式来提升中小学教师水平的模式已在全国范围内广泛开展起来。但在L县通过建立县域基础教育名师工作室来助力教师专业发展的行动中发现,教师在发展中仍存在着思维方式固化、责任意识不足、教师领导缺失、教师沉默等问题。为此,从实践主体、动力机制、实践环境、实践方式四方面提出针对性的优化策略,以期对改进县域基础教育名师工作室提供借鉴。
With teachers'safety guidance,children can master necessary safety knowledge and skills in sports games,so as to cultivate their safety awareness and improve their self-protection ability.Three problems are found about the safety guidance of teachers in kindergarten sports games:too frequent guidance,single method,and the tendency of ignoring the individual demand.Therefore,we need to develop correct safety guidance,enhance systematic construction of the guidance as well as teacher's ability of guidance in sports games.
