摘要
以乌鲁木齐市“十三五”期间的功能区噪声监测数据为基础,分析各类功能区声环境质量状况及变化规律,通过灰色预测法预测“十四五”期间声环境质量状况,为乌鲁木齐市噪声污染防治对策提供科学依据。结果表明:“十三五”期间,乌鲁木齐市1~3类功能区声环境质量良好,昼间声环境质量优于夜间,但4a类功能区声环境质量较差,尤其夜间噪声值超标严重,噪声污染主要在夏季。灰色预测法预计“十四五”期间,1类和4a类功能区的夜间噪声值有超标现象,尤其是4a类功能区超标明显。
Based on the noise monitoring data of functional areas in Urumqi during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the sound environmental quality conditions and change patterns of various functional areas are analyzed,the sound environment quality conditions during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period are predicted through the gray prediction method,and provide a scientific basis for noise pollution prevention and control measures in Urumqi.The results show that during the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the sound environment quality of functional areas 1~3 in Urumqi is good,and the daytime sound environment quality is better than nighttime,but the sound environment quality of functional area 4a is poor,especially the nighttime noise value exceeds the standard seriously,and the noise pollution is mainly in summer.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,it is expected that the nighttime noise values in Class 1 and Class 4a functional areas will exceed the standard by the gray prediction method,especially in Class 4a functional areas.
