摘要
为提升企业安全管理效能,国家管网集团在QHSE管理体系基础上,结合数字化技术,在流程、数据、IT的一体推进下积极推动流程变革,推进各项制度流程化,建立了QHSE管理体系要素、业务流程融合矩阵,形成了一套较为完整的流程架构体系,完成了数字化赋能架构的搭建,实现了“制程”双向奔赴式深度融合。通过11个分域、620项流程、5 405项流程活动的实践应用,流程架构在风险控制、效率提升、基层减负中的表现均优于传统QHSE体系,为进一步夯实安全管理基础,助力企业高质量发展提供了坚实保障。
In order to improve the effectiveness of the enterprise safety management,the National Pipe Group,on the basis of QHSE management system,combining with the digital technology,actively promoted process change under the integration of process,data and IT,promoted the streamlining of various systems,established a matrix melting QHSE management system elements and the business process integration,formed a more complete process architecture system,completed the construction of the digital empowerment architecture,and realized the"process"two-way running type deep integration.Through the practical application of 11 sub-domains,620 processes and 5405 process activities,the performance of the process architecture in risk control,efficiency improvement and grassroots load reduction is better than that of the traditional QHSE system,which provides a solid guarantee to further strengthen the foundation of the safety management and help the high-quality development of the enterprise.
