为完善自然资源资产产权制度,提升自然资源资产治理现代化水平,2022年6月26日,“新时期自然资源资产产权制度改革与实践”专题学术论坛在浙江省杭州市举办,与会专家学者聚焦自然资源资产产权制度改革重大问题、自然资源资产产权制度构建、全民所有自然资源资产所有权委托代理、生态产品价值实现、自然资源资产市场化机制、自然资源资产产权制度管控机制等热点问题,深入分析讨论。本文对会议部分专家学者观点进行汇总梳理,为自然资源资产产权制度改革研究提供参考。

In order to improve the property rights system of natural resources assets and comprehensively enhance the modernization level of natural resources assets governance,the special academic forum on"Reform and Practice of the Property Rights System of Natural Resources Assets in the New Era"was held in Hangzhou,Zhejiang Province on June 26,2022.Experts and scholars attending the meeting focused on the major issues in the reform of the property rights system of natural resources assets,the construction of the property rights system of natural resources assets,the entrustment and agency of the ownership of natural resources assets owned by the whole people,the realization of the value of ecological products,the marketization mechanism of natural resources assets,and the property rights system of natural resources assets.This paper summarizes and sorts out the contents of the meeting,with a view to providing reference for the research on the reform of the property rights system of natural resources assets.
