摘要
日钢1580带钢厂精轧机组配置塑烧板除尘器一座,除尘风机电机原设计为工频控制,不能匹配精轧机工艺换辊进行节能控制,目前这台除尘风机无任何调节措施,满负荷运行,连接方式为传统刚性联轴器连接,长时间运行会加剧振动,减少电机与设备的使用寿命,采用永磁联轴器改造后,可以提升设备运行稳定性、延长使用寿命、实现风机速度可调、节能环保等功能。
The motor of the dust removal fan was originally designed for power frequency control,which could not match the rolling change process of the finishing mill for energy saving control.At present,this dust removal fan is running at full load without any adjustment measures,and its connection mode is traditional rigid coupling.Long running time will aggravate vibration and reduce the service life of the motor and equipment.The permanent magnet coupling can improve the operation stability of the equipment,prolong the service life,and realize the fan speed adjustable,energy saving and environmental protection.
