知识产权贸易对“双循环”有效联动的影响及动力机制研究

Research on the Influence and Driving Mechanism of Intellectual Property Trade on the Effective Linkage of the“Dual Cycle”

知识产权贸易对“双循环”有效联动具有积极促进作用,其关键的作用机制在于,从技术维度看,知识产权贸易主要通过发挥要素配置优化、技术创新协同、产业结构升级三项技术创新作用机制,对“双循环”有效联动产生显著正向影响;从市场维度看,知识产权贸易主要通过发挥市场消费催生、需求引领倒逼、消费能力提升三项消费扩容作用机制,促进“双循环”有效联动。选取2001—2020年我国30个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,实证检验结果证实了上述理论预期的正确性及其作用机制的存在性。研究不仅有助于从知识产权贸易角度深化认识“双循环”有效联动的影响因素,而且对于如何从技术维度和市场维度探寻知识产权贸易促进“双循环”有效联动思路和对策,也有重要政策含义。

The intellectual property trade has a positive effect on promoting the effective linkage of“dual cy⁃cle”.The key mechanism lies in that,from the perspective of technology,the intellectual property trade has a signif⁃icant positive impact on the effective linkage of the“dual cycle”by exerting three technological innovation mecha⁃nisms,namely,factor allocation optimization,technological innovation synergy and industrial structure upgrading;from the perspective of market,intellectual property trade mainly promotes the effective linkage of“dual cycle”by bringing into play three mechanisms of consumption expansion,namely,market consumption promotion,demand leading and forcing,and consumption capacity improvement.Using the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous re⁃gions and municipalities)from 2001 to 2020,the empirical test results confirm the correctness of the theoretical expectation and the existence of the mechanism of action.The research not only helps to deepen the understanding of the factors influencing the effective linkage of the“dual cycle”from the perspective of intellectual property trade,but also has important policy implications for how to explore the thoughts and countermeasures of promoting the effective linkage of the“dual cycle”by developing intellectual property trade from the technical and market di⁃mensions.
