乡村振兴背景下农村“空心化”问题及对策研究——以D镇S村为例

推进乡村振兴战略有利于在新时代背景下妥善解决好“三农”问题。目前,我国农村人口大量流失,其引发的问题日益凸显。通过调查D镇S村的农村“空心化”问题,了解到现阶段农村“空心化”的表现主要集中在人口、土地、文化和管理四个方面,而收入差异较大、土地流转不畅、缺乏文化认同感以及农民综合素质偏低是其主要原因。因此,结合乡村振兴战略的具体路径,提出人才的“引进”与“储蓄”,完善土地利用结构,继承和发展乡土文化,强化基层建设及注重队伍培养等对策,切实解决农村“空心化”问题。

Promoting the strategy of rural revitalization is conducive to properly solving the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the context of the new era.At present,there is a large loss of rural population in China,and the problems caused by it have become increasingly prominent.Through the investigation of the problem of rural"hollowing out"in S village of D town,we know that the performance of rural"hollowing out"at the present stage is mainly concentrated in terms of four aspects:population,land,culture and management.The main reasons include the large income difference,the poor land transfer,the lack of cultural identity and the low comprehensive quality of farmers.Therefore,based on the specific path of rural revitalization strategy,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as implementing"introduction"and"saving"of talents,improving land use structure,inheriting and developing local culture,strengthening grass-roots construction and stressing team training,so as to effectively solve the problem of"hollowing out"in rural areas.
