乡村振兴视域下人才振兴发展及意义的思考

2021年完成全面脱贫后,我国乡村就进入发展乡村振兴的新阶段,乡村振兴的关键在于人才振兴。党的二十大报告中也指出“人才是第一资源”,而乡村人才是发展乡村振兴的关键力量,不仅填补了人才振兴空缺,还对发展乡村振兴极具重要意义。乡村人才振兴的“乡村带头人”的具体发展方式可带起乡村发展势头,有极大的示范作用;“大学生村官”凭借其专业优势凝聚政民力量,发展乡村产业;涉农教育专业的增加填补乡村知识和技能的空缺,实现自我提升。从主体、动力到力量融合,发展乡村人才振兴,是加快乡村振兴步伐的关键一步。
