数字技术赋能乡村振兴的提升路径探析

全面实施乡村振兴战略,是确保实现第二个百年奋斗目标的重要保障。在乡村振兴进程中,数字经济是一个重要的切入点。目前运用数字技术推动乡村振兴方面存在基础设施建设薄弱、专业技术人才短缺、产业联动发展效率低等问题。基于此,提出以下提升路径,着力推进乡村数字基础设施建设;落实人才吸引政策、提高数字培训力度;着力加强数字化惠农利民体系建设;创新乡村治理数字化水平模式。

The comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is an important guarantee to ensure the realization of the second centenary goal.In the process of rural revitalization,digital economy is an important starting point.At present,there are some problems in using digital technology to promote rural revitalization,such as weak infrastructure construction,shortage of professional and technical personnel,low efficiency of industrial linkage development and so on.Based on this,the following promotion paths are put forward:focusing on promoting the construction of rural digital infrastructure;implementing the policy of attracting talents and improving digital training;striving to strengthen the construction of digital system for the benefit of farmers and people;and innovating the digital level model of rural governance.
