父母教养方式与青少年抑郁的关系:情绪调节和社交焦虑的链式中介作用

Relationship Between Parenting Styles and Adolescents’Depression:Serial Mediating Effects of Emotional Regulation and Social Anxieties

为探讨青少年情绪调节和社交焦虑在父母教养方式与抑郁中的作用机制,研究采用简化情绪量表(SMFQ)、社交恐怖症量表(SPIN)、简式父母教养方式问卷中文版(s-EMBU-C)以及情绪调节量表(ERQ)对797名高中生进行问卷调查。结果表明:父母拒绝与表达抑制、社交焦虑和抑郁呈显著正相关;表达抑制与社交焦虑和抑郁呈显著正相关;社交焦虑与抑郁呈显著正相关;父母拒绝可以直接对抑郁产生影响,也可通过表达抑制和社交焦虑的链式中介作用对抑郁产生影响。

The study aimed to explore the mediating effect of emotional regulation and social anxiety in the relationship between parenting styles and adolescents’depression.A total of 797 high school students were investigated by Short Mood and Feelings Questionnaire(SMFQ),The Social Phobia Inventory(SPIN),The short-etna minnan av Barndoms Uppfostran(s-EMBU-C)and The Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(ERQ).The results showed that adolescents’parental rejection is significantly positively correlated with social anxiety,expressive suppression and depression;expressive suppression is significantly positively correlated with social anxiety and depression;social anxiety is significantly positively correlated with depression.The effect of parental rejection on social anxiety can be predicted both directly and indirectly.The indirect predictive effects were as follows:parental rejection could affect depression through the serial mediating effect of expressive suppression and social anxiety.
