空间生产视角下旅游对上海召稼楼古镇空间变迁的影响研究

Research on Space Evolution of Zhaojialou Ancient Town in Shanghai Under the Impact of Tourism from the Perspective of Space Production

历史城镇独特的文化遗产旅游价值吸引了众多的游客,召稼楼古镇作为典型的江南水乡集镇,自2010年正式作为景区开放以来接待了大量游客。借助空间生产理论对旅游开发前后的召稼楼古镇空间变迁进行深入分析,从“空间实践”“空间的表征”和“表征的空间”3个维度探究召稼楼古镇空间受旅游影响的变化,并梳理多方力量博弈的空间演变动力机制。协调古镇空间关系并平衡利益相关方是召稼楼发展的基础,未来应发挥居民在古镇发展中的主体作用,通过规划手段达到空间协调利用的目标,实现社区利益与古镇旅游的协同。

Historic towns have unique tourism value as cultural heritage.On the one hand,tourists experience and feel the local landscape and culture as outsiders,on the other hand,tourism activities are often accompanied by many impacts on indigenous people and their way of life,which in turn drives the evolution of historic town spaces.As a typical Jiangnan water town market town,Zhaojialou Ancient Town is a representative of Shanghai ancient town tourism,and has received a large number of tourists.This research analyzes the spatial changes of Zhaojialou before and after tourism development under the perspective of space production theory.It explores the changes of spatial form of Zhaojialou Ancient Town affected by tourism from the perspective of spatial practice,representations of space,and spaces of representation,and sorts out the mechanism of the spatial evolution.Coordinating the spatial relationship of the ancient town and balancing stakeholders are the foundation of the development of Zhaojialou.In the future,full attention should be paid to residents,and the coordinated use of space should be achieved by guiding tourism activities and other planning methods to achieve coordinated and sustainable development of tourism between local community and the ancient town.
