摘要
目的开发一种便携式数字智能胸腔引流系统。方法便携式数字智能胸腔引流系统由传感器及数据采集、信号处理及控制和人机交互软件系统3部分组成。选用超声传感器及同步滤波法对引流情况进行实时精确测量,通过高速现场可编程门阵列和高速数字信号处理器进行信号处理,及时反馈、回放和预警至人机交互系统,监测患者的引流情况。结果便携式数字智能胸腔引流系统测量结果显示,该设备为低负压设备,引流瓶容积为300 mL,其漏气量检测报警范围为10 s内压力降低小于0.15 kPa;负压吸引范围为-26~0 kPa、误差范围±0.1 kPa、流量监测精度1%~4%;连续自由空气流量为小于20 L/min,且10 s内最大泄露应不超过3个气泡;1 m距离内,噪声≤50 dB,且电磁兼容性良好,可有效运行。结论便携式数字智能胸腔引流系统具有高度便携、测量数据精准智能、自动报警、友好人机交互等特点,可监测患者引流量、引流速度,帮助医护人员客观评估患者病情及拔管时机,降低患者并发症发生率,同时还可实现产品的自主可控,降低患者的经济负担。
Objective To develop a portable digital intelligent thoracic drainage system.Methods The portable digital intelligent thoracic drainage system was composed of three parts:sensors and data acquisition,signal processing and control,and humanmachine interaction software system.Ultrasonic sensors and synchronous filtering methods were used to accurately measure the drainage situation in real time.Signal processing was carried out using high-speed field programmable gate array and digital signal processor.The feedback,playback,and warning were promptly transmitted to the human-machine interaction system to monitor the patient’s drainage situation.Results The measurement results of the portable digital intelligent thoracic drainage system showed that the device was a low negative pressure device,with a drainage bottle volume of 300 mL and leakage detection alarm range of less than 0.15 kPa when the pressure dropped within 10 seconds;the negative pressure suction range was-26-0 kPa,the error range was±0.1 kPa,and the range of flow monitoring accuracy was 1%-4%.The continuous free air flow rate should be less than 20 L/min,and the maximum leakage within 10 seconds should not exceed 3 bubbles;within one meter distance,the noise was less than 50 dB,and the electromagnetic compatibility was good,which could be effectively operated.Conclusion The portable digital intelligent thoracic drainage system has the characteristics of high portability,precise and intelligent measurement data,automatic alarm,and friendly human-machine interaction.It can detect patients’drainage amount and drainage speed,help medical staff objectively evaluate patients’conditions and extubation timing,reduce the incidence of complications,and also realize the autonomous control of the product to reduce the economic burden of patients.
