福建省长汀县水土保持高质量发展的思考

Reflections on the high-quality development of soil and water conservation in Changting County of Fujian Province

水土保持高质量发展是新阶段水利高质量发展的重要内容。介绍了福建省长汀县推进全国水土保持高质量发展先行区建设的主要做法和阶段性成效,并从生态监管、精准治理、质量提升、生态价值实现、体制机制创新等五个方面提出了意见和建议,为推进水土保持高质量发展提供参考借鉴。

The high-quality development of soil and water conservation is an important aspect of high-quality water resources development in the new stage.This paper introduces the main practices and phase achievements of Changting County,Fujian Province,in promoting the construction of a national pilot zone for high-quality development of soil and water conservation.It proposes specific measures from five aspects:ecological supervision,precise governance,quality improvement,realization of ecological value,and mechanism innovation,providing references for the high-quality development of soil and water conservation.
