同伴辅导促进职前幼儿教师培养的研究综述及启示

摘要 教师教育机构如何创新实习期间的专业训练模式,帮助职前幼儿教师充分做好从事教育教学工作的准备,是职前幼儿教师培养的研究热点。通过对国内外相关研究进行综述,发现同伴辅导是一种能有效促进职前教师专业成长的训练模式,除了对职前教师个体的专业信念与态度、专业知识和技能以及反思与实践的提升有帮助,它还有利于个体融入实践共同体、为成为终身学习的反思性实践者做好准备。从人才培养成本与效益的角度看,同伴辅导是一种有较高性价比的、可持续的专业发展模式。相关研究也表明需要采取措施保障同伴辅导实施的有效性,包括在同伴辅导开展前提供同伴反馈和支持技巧的培训;在实习和同伴辅导期间提供交流平台;以基于实证研究的理论框架或评估工具指导同伴讨论和反思等。 How to innovate the professional training mode during the internship period in teacher education institutions and help pre-service preschool teachers fully prepare for educational and teaching work is a hot research issue in the training of pre-service preschool teachers.Through a review of relevant research both domestically and internationally,it has been found that peer coaching is an effective training model that can promote the professional growth of pre-service teachers.In addition to helping to enhance individual professional beliefs and attitudes,professional knowledge and skills,as well as reflection and practice,it is also beneficial for individuals to integrate into the community of practice and prepare for becoming reflective practitioners of lifelong learning.From the perspective of talent cultivation costs and benefits,peer coaching is a cost-effective and sustainable professional development model.Related research also indicates the need to take measures to ensure the effectiveness of peer coaching implementation,including providing training on peer feedback and support skills before peer coaching is carried out,creating a communication platform during internships and peer coaching,and using empirical research based theoretical frameworks or evaluation tools to guide peer discussions and reflection.
